MISSION STATEMENT »

The Chain Foundation orphanage and school in Mukono, Uganda, provides a loving, Christian home to more than 100 orphans and other vulnerable children, including over 30 blind students. The foundation meets their physical, educational, medical, and spiritual needs. The Chain Foundation also assists at-risk or disabled children who live in nearby villages, and provides community outreach and education programs. The foundation is funded by contributions from individuals and groups worldwide.

The Chain Foundation Uganda is a Christian organization dedicated to providing a conducive environment for God’s children to lead abundant life. Its goal is to help form a society in which the visually impaired and other vulnerable children, such as orphans and abandoned children, have opportunities for growth, development, and self-sustenance.

The Chain Foundation Child Sponsorship Program matches U.S. donors with children who need their support. Sponsorship fees cover all the child’s living expenses, medical care, school fees, and extras.
